While climbing ÚvozI continually looked to the left over the wall at the configuration of trees below shifting on the hillside, their relative placement and sweeping lines articulating the topography. These "stills" from a sequence whose movement is now only found in memory or imagination.
I recall that I was also looking out for the Galerie Josefa Sudkaat number 24, the house where Sudek (1896-1976) lived from 1959 until his death, hoping to see the exhibition Ota Richter: Fotografie z exilu,but, it being on the right-hand side, I missed it, and found myself continuing on to Strahovský klášter.
