Oak

I am unsure what type(s) of oak there are in Prokopské údolí (Prokop Valley) Natural Reserve: "cow-wheat oaks" are mentioned, but I can only find cow-wheat (Melampyrum pratense) as a yellow-flowered plant often found beneath oaks. Perhaps these are a type of red oak (also appearing to the right of the top picture).
