Letenské Sady
Bought by the municipal authorities in 1859, Letná Gardens were designed by František Thomayer (1856–1938), planted with many trees including spruce, poplar, sallow, plane, and horse chestnut. The lines traced by paths and plantings today seem straighter than the Hogarthian lines of Thomayer's design.
